It's 2015

Spent New Year's Eve at the Aloha Theater; we danced to Leche de Tigre. Michael and Precille, our longtime friends were with us.
This blurry photo captures the movement of the evening. Lots of dancing and music.

The New Year's Celebrations sure whip around; before I can digest one year, the next one is upon me. I know that this is the way time will be for the rest of my life. The days slip into each other with little demarcation. It's so different from childhood, where each day stands on its own. Several years ago, I heard an NPR show that discussed this changing perception as we age. There were several possible reasons. The one that sticks with me had to do with the fact that as we age, each day represents a smaller and smaller portion of the whole of our life.
